Transforming banking for North American business customers

North American banks, like banks in the rest of the Western world, have embraced the automation of banking transactions. However, there is one transaction here that is not yet widely automated – business deposits.

The traditional methods of depositing cash have many disadvantages: often the deposit isn’t credited into the business owner’s account for at least 24 hours, a receipt may not be provided and coins may not be accepted at all.

The automation of business deposits offers the bank’s valued small and medium-sized business customers the advantage of immediate credit for the amount deposited. And bank staff are freed up to sell and promote bank products and interact with customers.

KAL ATM Software fully supports a new generation of self-service ATMs that deliver all of the traditional transactions, as well as newly expanded services.

Find out more here about how KAL ATM Software gives banks access to the most advanced self-service technology available.
