“KAL have long led the way in integrated software for ATMs - which we all depend on for our cash needs. It sounds a simple thing, but it's a vital service backed up by sophisticated software, and their domination of the global market is well attested by this timely award. The economic recovery depends on companies like this who are willing to be bold in export markets. The plaudit is well deserved.”
The award reflects KAL’s remarkable track record with sales to banks in countries such as China, Chile, Thailand, Japan, Hungary, Italy and the US – where it beat global competition to win the contract to supply the giant Citibank with the software system to run thousands of its ATM machines in 28 countries.
