The Challenge:  Provide a multivendor solution for the largest ATM network in the world

Project Requirements: China Construction Bank (CCB) is the largest Chinese bank by Tier 1 capital. Their massive ATM network includes approximately 32,000 ATMs of multiple models which need to be managed by multivendor solution with increased productivity and efficiently and reduced cost.

Solution:

The rollout for China Construction Bank was across the world’s biggest ATM network and was China’s first deployment of multivendor ATM software. The KAL / Zijin solution supports over 100 different transactions implemented across 11 different ATM hardware manufacturers: including NCR, WNI, Diebold, Hitachi, Yihua, and GRG.

The KAL / Zijin ATM software solution is also certified ATMs manufactured by Nantian,Kingteller, Changyuan and Triton, plus recycling ATMs from Hitachi, Yihua and Diebold in CCB.
