Project Requirements

Shinsei Bank is a relatively new bank founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Shinsei has a network of ATMs from a variety of manufacturers including OKI, Fujitsu and Hitachi. All of Shinsei Bank's ATMs support cash recycling.

KAL's Solution

KAL provided the K3A application, the Kalignite Platform middleware and the KTC management and monitoring system. Additionally, KAL provided the industry standard XFS Version 3 Service Providers for both OKI and Fujitsu.

KAL's multi-vendor solution was Japan's first ever multi-vendor rollout, and the world's first multi-vendor recycling ATM application
