Job Summary
As the Quality Control and Test Manager you will report directly to the Engineering Management team and will be responsible for the software testing and quality assurance output of your team based in Chennai, India.
Skills and experience required
- Must be educated to degree level in related area with at least 5 years’ hands on quality control and test management experience
- Must be able to initiate change & implement test strategies swiftly and effectively
- Experience of leading testing process for multiple large-scale projects is a must
- Excellent knowledge of a variety of testing methodologies, including performance testing, integration testing & UAT
- Proven team leading and coaching skills to mentor team members effectively
- Familiarity with international work environments and managing projects with global partners
- Flexible problem solver willing to take on any task and manage a wide range of ongoing projects assigned to you and your team
- Skilled in tracking project milestones and providing timely status updates to management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to agreed deadlines
- Must be fluent in English as our working language is English
Core responsibilities
- Working alongside Project Managers, Software Developers and the QA engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Creating, maintaining and executing test plans and test cases in our ATM software platforms
- In charge of testing effort estimation, defect tracking, detailed result analysis and reporting to developer and project manager
- Offering guidance and recommendations for technical decision making whilst collaborating with the test and development team to validate and verify quality of solutions
- Maintaining and updating the test environment as per new requirements to adapt and improve its performance
- Delivering fully tested solutions to customers

Position Overview
We are seeking a Software or Graduate Software Engineer with a strong background in developing software solutions for Windows systems, with a focus on security and system hardening to join us in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), AppLocker, and BitLocker, and will be responsible for designing and developing secure Windows-based applications and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions that enhance the security and functionality of Windows systems
- Integrate and manage Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), AppLocker, and BitLocker within developed applications
- Design and develop custom tools and scripts for Windows systems hardening and security enhancement
- Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation for developed software and tools
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, patches, and vulnerabilities related to Windows systems and incorporate them into development processes
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) for managing and configuring Windows environments through developed tools
- Knowledge of networking concepts and experience with network programming
- Familiarity with firewalls and their integration with Windows applications
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on Windows systems and security is a plus
