ATM Industry Association offers certified ATM Operators e-Training

ATMIA has launched job specific, certified ATM operators’ training for ATM operators on an international level, based on industry best practices.

“This training is integrated into ATMIA’s digital campus and this allows 24 x 7 convenient access for all ATM operators, from newcomers to proven industry veterans,” explained Amber Howell, the association’s Training, Web Content and Social Media Manager.

ATMIA’s new certified training includes five comprehensive courses that encompass the day-to-day duties for an ATM Operator and related functions:

Upon completion of the online training, individuals will be awarded ATMIA’s International ATM Operator certification. In addition, their names are added to the growing international online Industry Hall of Honor for ATM professionals.

“By obtaining their certification with ATMIA, our expanding body of certified industry professionals send a clear signal to everyone they do business with that they are serious about this industry,” said Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA.

“In a fast-paced industry like ours, you need to continually improve yourself, or you’ll get overtaken by the competition. With ATMIA’s education, operators in the industry can improve themselves and better their business.”
