KAL maintains position as the world’s #2 ATM software supplier

KAL, an industry leader in ATM software innovations, has again been ranked as the #2 global supplier of true multivendor ATM software*, according to a new report by strategic research experts RBR.

RBR's ‘ATM Software 2018’ report also ranks KAL as #1 for global footprint and shows that, out of the 64 countries surveyed in the report, 41 are running KAL's ATM software – more than any other vendor.

These findings are reflective of KAL's impressive growth figures since the last report in 2016 and position the company well to take advantage of the predicted 32% expansion in the multivendor software market by the end of 2022.

Indeed, KAL now has a sizable 20% market share of multivendor ATMs worldwide with the top three vendors accounting for 62% of the global market.

“These latest figures are a testament to KAL’s unrivalled expertise and dedication to providing the highest quality of ATM software, world-class innovation and great customer support. We are committed to delivering the very best ATM software solutions across the globe for bank ATMs and self-service kiosks, setting the standards for the next generation of retail banking operations.”  KAL CEO Aravinda Korala

* True multivendor software is the term used by KAL for RBR’s reporting category “Middleware Provider, Total excluding own hardware.
