Multivendor software in South America - BCI and KAL present at European ATMs 2013

Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel, London 5th and 6th June 2013

European ATMs is Europe's premier ATM conference bringing together over 400 banks, independent deployers, network processors, vendors and service providers.

Multivendor software in South America - Wednesday 5th June, 4.30pm

Today's ATM networks frequently encompass a range of territories with varying banking rules and mixed ATM estates with multiple hardware and software types. The lack uniformity is difficult and expensive to manage. Adopting KAL's multivendor ATM software has helped a number of the world's mega banks to reduce costs and  enhance the customer's ATM experience.

In this presentation, Pablo Cousiño BCI Chile,  Aravinda Korala, KAL UK and Rodney Everard Belltech Chile will discuss how South American ATM networks are similar, but also different from European ATMs, using case studies from Chile and Peru. Pablo Cousiño will describe BCI’s multivendor conversion project.
