Solutions for banks who want convenience with a personal touch

In the winter edition of Fintech Finance Magazine, KAL’s executive vice president for global sales, Steve Hensley, discusses some of the software company’s latest developments in the area of bank branch transformation.

In the article, entitled ‘Banking in a box’, Steve predicts that the importance and use of assisted self-service machines will increase – as will the complexity of the bank services they can provide - as the number of bank branches continues to fall.

He also discusses the use of new devices such as KAL’s RTM and a “micro branch” product called the Extreme Teller Machine (XTM) from KAL’s partner Kuveyt Turk Bank as new “points of presence” for banks’ retail delivery networks.

At the RBR Branch Transformation conference held in London on December 6 and 7, Steve and Kuveyt Turk Bank presented the bank’s XTM product to senior bank executives.
