Turkish delight with KAL ATM Software

For leading Turkish bank Yapi Kredi, the ATM channel is not simply a strategic cash facility – it’s a powerful way to actively interact with customers and offer innovative self-services.

That’s why Yapi Kredi chose KAL’s K3A and KTC – to enable the bank to implement and develop its innovation and customer-oriented strategy for its current 4,300 ATM network.

KAL offers its customers complete flexibility when it comes to choosing the appropriate migration model to fit with the DNA of the bank. This means that Yapi Kredi’s project team, which benefits from solid experience in applications development, will cover all the necessary customizations and integration work, with support from KAL engineering when required.

KAL’s Head of Sales for Europe, Audrey Priami, welcomed the contract with Yapi Kredi, saying: “This migration and partnership model will allow Yapi Kredi to make the most of the Kalignite suite’s maturity and proven technology.”

Gülter Bedel, Payment Systems and Digital Channels Software Development Vice President of Yapi Kredi, added: “We are particularly impressed with how easy it is for our team to use the KAL tool, allowing us to be autonomous in our developments and project management.”
