UniCredit has rolled out the BancoSmart project, providing a fast and intuitive experience for customers on Italy’s first full touchscreen ATM. The BancoSmart project is based on KAL’s ATM Software.
Everything about the BancoSmart machine is tailored towards customer convenience. Its personalised user interface presents options based on the user’s transaction habits, enabling one-touch withdrawal and reducing transaction times by up to 30%.
In addition to withdrawals, BancoSmart provides payment options relevant to the location of the ATM, so customers can make bill payments at the ATM. KAL’s ATM Software makes this process fast and smooth, and customers are offered onscreen support during the entire process.
BancoSmart was progressively rolled out across the country throughout the past year. Feedback has been resoundingly positive: customers are happy about the speed of transactions, the user-friendliness of the interface, and the services offered.
