KAL’s newly appointed Deputy CEO Kader Baadoud is set to drive our international growth plans - bringing strong business acumen and advanced ATM software expertise.
Kader’s success at KAL spans 10 years. He began his journey as a KAL Intern and later relocated from France to Edinburgh to work as a full time Software Engineer. Alongside leading the XFS4IoT SP-Dev Workgroup and serving as Vice Chairman of the CEN XFS Committee, he rapidly progressed within KAL to become Global Head of Engineering and Board Observer.
Aravinda commented, “Kader uniquely understands our technology, products and services, as well as the industry and our customers. Like me, he is an engineer at heart but with a passion for all the elements that go into running a company.”
Kader said, “When I joined the company, KAL’s leadership in the industry was well-known and I’ve loved playing my part in shaping our Engineering function. KAL has exciting ambitions for the coming years. I’m honoured to take on this new challenge and work even more closely with Aravinda and the senior leadership team”.
