As we work to identify the key business and technology shifts shaping ATM strategy, we rely on voices across the industry to help us build an accurate view of how ATM networks are evolving.
Our goal is to make the 2026/27 ATM Software Trends Report our most helpful and actionable edition yet, and every survey response counts.
What to expect from the survey
Our ATM Trends survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete. It is open to all professionals with insights to share – whether you work for an organization with an ATM channel or are engaged with the ATM industry in another capacity.
The multiple-choice questions cover:
- ATM usage and customer experience
- Windows 11, UI modernization and artificial intelligence (AI)
- ATM costs, strategy and outsourcing
Once all responses are collected, we will use them to build robust industry statistics that we share through our annual trends report, webinars and other educational content.
