The results will be published this December in our 2025/6 ATM Software Trends report, delivered in partnership with ATM Marketplace.
Celebrating 18 years of industry-shaping insights
The ATM Software Trends report is produced by the ATM industry, for the ATM industry. Its purpose is to educate and empower banks and ATM deployers for strategic decision-making through trends data analysis and personal observations from diverse ATM professionals. Each edition is free to download and relies on input from the global ATM community. This year, we received survey responses from over 320 professionals.

We are currently analyzing data from our 2025 ATM Software Trends survey to generate new ATM industry statistics for key technologies and business priorities. We would like to thank all the professionals who shared insights and look forward to publishing the results in December through our 2025/6 report and launch webinar with special guests.
Next steps: interviews with global ATM professionals
Our survey has given us a general picture of the evolving ATM landscape, so the next stage is to go into further detail. We will soon invite global peers to take part in one-to-one interviews to share personal perspectives on key trends to further enrich our final report.
